What exactly are you going to help me with?
Paketix Platform helps you take control of all delivery operations of your restaurant:
- You can manage all marketplace sales channels from a single screen.
- You can easily introduce your own couriers, automatically assign packages to them, monitor them live, and access data such as their distance and active working hours.
- You can get support from courier groups that provide common courier service.

In which detail can I manage my own couriers?
After becoming a free member of the Paketix platform and defining your own couriers, you can now assign packages to them, record the pick-up and delivery moments and locations of the packages, and observe them live on the map.
In addition, you can access all delivery statistics of your business using the platform's reporting features.

Can I also see how many kilometers my couriers cover when making deliveries?
Yes, you can access all kinds of information about this sometimes contentious issue between restaurants and couriers. In addition, you can also record the location where the deliveries are made. You can require couriers to be close to the end-user location in order to press the "Delivered" button, so that accurate data is always generated.

What do I need to do so that my couriers can get assignments?
You can create QR code invitations for your couriers with the click of a button. Your couriers can register to the Paketix application, which they can easily download from the Appstore and Google Play, and show this QR code invitation to their cameras and start receiving assignments as a courier of your restaurant. This process is usually completed within 3-5 minutes.

Can I identify all my restaurants?
You can define all the restaurants you own or will own in Turkey or abroad to the Paketix Platform, make separate configurations for each of them, and use the bulk reporting, automatic billing and payment features offered by the Paketix Platform.

I already have an operation, what can you contribute to it?
Paketix Platform is designed with the idea that courier groups of different sizes can integrate their processes with technology and make a fair trade with their customers.
Basically, you can reduce phone traffic and use your resources efficiently with automatic assignment and package consolidation features. You can monitor your couriers live and automate all your collection and invoicing processes with your customers.
You can even allow your customers to enter orders with your logo and have the image of a technological courier company. Foreigners call this"white-labeling".

How do you become a technological courier company?
This is what it means to have technological support behind you.
Most courier companies in Turkey (except for the very large ones) either continue their order taking and assignment processes manually or are engaged in various endless software projects. As a result, the software they obtain may be insufficient to stay up to date, even if it works for them at the moment.
You can take the first step towards becoming a technological courier company now by starting to use the Paketix Platform for free and specifying the restaurants you work with and your delivery area on the map. All you need is an e-mail address.

Can another courier group in the region where I work also provide services using the Paketix Platform?
The customers you define on the platform belong to you. During the new order, only your service prices will be presented to the customer for approval. Therefore, even if another courier group provides service in that region, this will not affect your customers.

I'm big, I have courier operations in multiple regions. Rent me your software! Uh, please?
You can serve in more than one region by using the Paketix Platform for free. You can specify your restaurant area and delivery area on the map. If you wish, you can serve in these regions with different price policies. You can manage the entire operation centrally with minimum resources.
Paketix receives commission from the trade between courier groups and restaurants, it does not work with the model of selling or renting software, which is already free to use the platform.

Why do you call the product "Platform"?
Paketix Platform enables its users to regulate their delivery processes and allows different types of platform users to trade transparently and fairly with each other.
Paketix Platform can also be classified as a customized technology platform service for the restaurant industry.

Can you elaborate on "Transparent and Fair Trade"?
We can define this as fair trade, aiming to meet the legitimate needs of the parties with technology. Some of our principles
1. When calculating the delivery service fee, the cost of the transported product is never taken into account. This ensures price fairness.
2. The distance between the source and delivery coordinates is calculated in meters. Thus, the receiving party does not lose any rights.
3. The cost of the canceled order after the fault of the business partner providing the service is paid to the service recipient as Paketix Credit. The service recipient can receive the service through the Paketix Platform with this credit. Thus, the service recipient does not suffer any loss in cases other than its own fault.
4. The service conditions to be provided (price, estimated latest arrival, traffic information) are presented to the service recipient before each order. Thus, the receiving party is informed in advance.

Will you charge for future use?
Paketix Platform has set out with the slogan "free for life".
It will do its best to achieve this, but will never charge a usage fee from Platform users. As a revenue model, the commission model is used from the service between the parties. When there is no exchange of services, there will be no fee.

Do you have a plan to compel your users?
Paketix Platform users can stop using the platform at any time. There is no fee in case they stop using it, as there is no fee while using it. If they wish, they can request their data to be deleted.

Is the product really global?
The Paketix Platform uses its own maps and optimization layers. So yes, you can use it to provide or receive services anywhere in the world with any browser that has access to the Internet.
Assignment Settings

What are the assignment settings?
The Paketix Platform has many settings to manage the assignment process:
- Select the route optimization so that speed or efficiency comes first,
- Determining the waiting time of packages in the pool before they are ready,
- Maximum travel time and number of packages a courier can carry,
- Some of these settings include the time allowed for the courier to accept the assignment.
Other settings can be found in the platform dashboard.

What did you aim to achieve with these settings?
The aim is to technologically support the process of delivering packages in an efficient and manageable way. These settings aim to automate the process as much as possible. For example, by allowing incoming parcels to wait a certain amount of time before being prepared, you can increase the likelihood that deliveries, especially during peak hours, will be consolidated in the same courier.

What are the criteria for "Package Consolidation"?
The most important criterion here is the moment of order creation. If the parcels can be grouped in such a way that the latest delivery time is not delayed, they are combined into a single route and assigned to a courier.
