Fair Return and Cancellation Process
In cases of failed delivery or damage due to partner fault, an automatic evaluation process is initiated based on user feedback. A fair solution is offered, taking into account the rights of both parties.
Compensation Opportunity with Paketix Credit
Some of our partners offer a guaranteed delivery service and in case of delays or cancellations caused by them, they offer Paketix Credit to the receiving business. This credit is a compensation solution that businesses can use for new transportation services, thus compensating for customer victimization and covering the costs of new deliveries.
Automatic Feedback and Resolution Mechanism
Any problems experienced during the delivery process are immediately reported through the platform and the process is automatically tracked. This ensures that user feedback is processed quickly and effective solutions to problems are created.
Secure and Pre-Collected Payment Process
Payments are collected before the transportation process begins and are secured until the transaction is completed. This ensures that users only pay when the service is fully provided and eliminates the risk of any service interruption.
Independent and Balanced Responsibility Policy
A safe mediation service is provided between the parties. It aims to support the parties fairly by providing technological infrastructure and solution mechanisms in the transportation process. The responsibility for the content and timely delivery of the transported cargo and shipment belongs directly to our business partners. Paketix offers only technology support to all its users.

Payment Terms
Paketix collects service fees by credit card from restaurants, markets, stores and similar businesses or all legal entities wishing to make shipments.
Payments are collected before the transportation service starts and the transportation process is initiated after the transaction is confirmed. -
Service Description and Delivery
Paketix offers transportation services through its business partners. In this context, the ordered shipments are transported by our business partners to the specified delivery address.
The delivery process is deemed to be completed and the service is deemed to have been provided upon successful delivery of the order to the recipient. -
Return and Cancellation Policy
After the delivery process starts, Paketix evaluates order cancellation and return requests in certain cases.
In cases caused by the fault of the Paketix business partner providing the service, such as the shipment not being delivered to the recipient or being damaged, the dispute process is initiated with the feedback of the service recipient through the Paketix platform. This process is carried out by automatic mechanisms on the Paketix platform and refunds may be made according to the outcome of the process.
Some Paketix business partners assume the cost of packages canceled due to delays or other grievances experienced by the end user on behalf of the business. In this case, businesses are granted Paketix Credit and can use this credit to purchase transportation services. -
Feedback and Problem Reporting
Problems experienced during the delivery process are automatically tracked by the service recipient through feedbacks to be made on the Paketix platform and a dispute process can be initiated. The process is carried out through mechanisms on the platform, within the framework of set rules. -
Obligations and Responsibilities
Paketix is a platform that brings together the service receiver and the service provider and provides the technological infrastructure for the smooth progress of the process.
Although it provides the necessary infrastructure to resolve possible disputes within the predetermined rules, it does not assume any responsibility arising from the service provided between the parties.
Paketix, which does not bear any responsibility for the transported cargo or shipment, provides the transportation service through subcontractor companies and the responsibility for the service belongs directly to these business partners. -
