-
What exactly does "region" mean? Can I make different definitions within a region?
A region is an area on the map where you can draw your own customers and delivery area. The businesses in the area you have drawn will see your company when they enter a new package order in the delivery area you have drawn.
If you want, you can define different business areas with different delivery areas within your region.
Couriers defined in the region are assigned to deliver all package orders coming from that region.
-
My clients will only see me as the service provider, right?
Yes, your customers (businesses) that you define to Paketix Platform will only see your company when they want to get service.
In addition, you can make all the necessary settings on their behalf so that your customers can easily adapt to the platform.
Then you can share the generated link with your customer and ensure that they are included in the system.
-
Can I charge different prices for different types of customers?
Yes, you can create different types of customers and use different pricing policies.
-
What happens when the allowed number of clients specified in the table is exceeded?
When the maximum number of customers defined in the packages is reached, moving to the next package will often result in a decrease in Paketix commissions, so it makes sense to move to the next package.
