How are delivery prices determined?
Transportation service prices are determined by Paketix Business Partners using the fair pricing mechanism of the Paketix platform. Prices are never determined based on the value of the package being transported. What we consider fair is the distance between the restaurant and the end-user, which is dynamically calculated in meters.

Do I need to enter my credit card on the platform?
If the Paketix Business Partner providing you with transportation services grants you the privilege of next-day payment, you do not need to enter your credit card on the platform. Otherwise, your card will be charged when you enter a new package into the system.
Your credit cards are never stored on the Paketix platform.

What is a Paketix Credit?
A Paketix Credit is a discount amount you can use when placing delivery orders, set in your local currency. It is calculated daily and can be used as a discount on your orders the following day.
