### Let's Understand This Package

Most common questions we face

##### Skeptical User

- #### What happens after the 30-day trial period ends?

![Mert, Paketix Gönüllüsü](https://paketix.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Paketix%20Gang/Paketix%20Character%203%20-%20Mert.png?width=84&height=150&name=Paketix%20Character%203%20-%20Mert.png)After the 30-day period, if you wish to remain on this package, you can continue to use it by paying a one-time Service Liability Guarantee fee of $100.

This fee is intended to reimburse the restaurant for the cost of the package in case of any dispute between you and your customers.
- #### Guarantee fee? I'm confident, but not that confident.

If you don't want to take responsibility for the service you provide, maybe this package is not for you. If you wish, you can review [our Standard Packages](https://paketix.com/tr/fiyat-tablosu?hsLang=en).
- #### Why is there an asterisk next to "Unlimited Business"?

You can define unlimited customers within this package. Your customers can use the basic features of Paketix Platform.

Paketix Single Panel service currently has a monthly cost to Paketix on a restaurant basis. Therefore, if your customers request the Paketix Single Panel feature and want to use this feature after the first 30-day trial period, they will need to drop at least 300 packages per month.

But don't worry, if they fall below this figure, you can pay 100 TL per customer per month to keep this service going for your customer.
- #### That's good, but as the number of packages increases, I don't think this package will work for me, so what do we do then?

You are right, you can opt out of this package at any time and switch to the standard pricing packages. Just know that once you leave this package, there is no way to re-enter.

Before the launch, you can use this package for the first 30 days without paying any dues or commissions.
- #### Are there any other rules I have to follow?

The Startup Courier package is a business model used by Paketix's leading business partners.

In this process, we want to create a fully compatible operation with you and watch you succeed. This is something that can happen after you adopt the Paketix vision.

We also aim for these package users to set an example for other courier groups. Therefore, if you do not comply [with the Startup Package Conditions](https://paketix.com/tr/kullanim-kosullari?hsLang=en), your package usage may be canceled. We can give the example of some packages being discarded without notifying the Platform.
